I asked my nine year old to stabilize my feet as I did sit ups and he added the Eskimo kiss(nose rub) incentive. A sweet moment. Then he asked me to hold his feet while he did his own set. Yay! A mother/son workout… nothing could be better than that in my book!
GETTING SWEATY IS AWESOME! If I apply the principle posted above then I am guaranteed awesomeness!
Salmon Wraps!
In a bowl, mix together 1/2 cup reduced-fat cream cheese, 2 tablespoons each of chopped dill and chives and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper. Spread on 4 multi-grain wraps. Divide amoung each wrap 8 oz of salmon, 2 tablespoons capers, 3 tablespoons sunflower seeds, 1 cup sliced artichoke hearts, and 2 cups of baby spinach. Roll and slice in 1 1/2 inch slices.

When I made these it didn’t require quite 8 oz of salmon and I didn’t have sunflower seeds but they were still delicious! :D
